Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Data Science.
• Certified Public Accountant CPA (K)/ ACCA or CFA.
• At least five years of relevant working experience. Experience within the commercial sector is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of strategy and the use of market data.
• Good analytical and modelling skills.
• Excellent in Microsoft tools (Advanced Excel, Access).
• Excellent Communication and Report Writing Skills.
• Team Player with the ability to multi-task.
• High Levels of Integrity and Confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing macro, market, and company data to find scalable Solutions.
• Evaluating data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
• Creating reports and presentations to summarize findings with the help of Excel and other Data analysis tools to give insights to the team.
• Develop BI dashboards to visualize the sales, identify gaps, and suggest an appropriate solution.
• Develop reports that align with business objectives that provide actionable insights.
• Ensuring the data quality and data integrity for I & D Channels.
• You will conduct an in-depth sales data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of growth or improvement.
• Use statistical methods and modelling techniques to provide insights to the sales team and management.
• Responsible for analyzing assortment, pricing, and merchandising for category and line reviews.
• Assists the buying team to achieve financial plan goals by optimizing sales, profit, and inventory with a clear understanding of company sales/finances.
